Modern NFP is not the Rhythm Method.
Much progress has been made in understanding the
fertility cycle, and NFP can be used effectively
even with irregular cycles. Modern NFP is just
as effective as chemical contraceptives, and
more effective than barrier methods!
Couples learn to recognize their own
individual fertility pattern, and many couples
of marginal fertility can use that knowledge to
help them start a family. NFP also allows
couples to become independent from potentially
harmful artificial methods that require
long-term dependence on drugs, devices,
physicians, government programs, or even
teachers. There are no harmful side-effects of
NFP.
The NFP series consists of three classes
spaced approximately one month apart. See our

Just choose a class series, and confirm your
preregistration with the teaching couple. At the
first class you will receive all the materials
you will need to get started, and you can begin
using the method immediately after the first
class.
The course fee of $135.00* covers the cost of the
class, all the materials you will need, and a
one-year membership in
The Couple to
Couple League.
For no extra charge, couples may later attend
all or part of another class series as a
refresher. Please call the teaching couple to
confirm the dates, time, and location of the
class.
